Lessons in Leadership

Dr. Julian Barling, Queen's School of Business
Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Borden Chair of Leadership

The vast amount of research on organizational leadership raises so many fascinating questions: How do we turn research findings on leadership into everyday behaviors? Are good leaders born or made? What is at the core of organizational leadership? How does leadership exert its effects? Can leadership be taught?

Drawing on lessons from his new book, The Science of Leadership, Dr. Julian Barling explores some of these questions and what knowledge derived from leadership research means for all of us.
